Product Description
The busbars are used electric motocycles, electric bicycles, energy storage system, solar panel, telecom cabinets and so on. It is made of copper followed by plating and powder coating.
Different manufacturing process are implemented according to different order size. For small quantities, we use laser cutting, bending, riveting process to shorten the lead time. In most of the case, no hard tooling is needed. While for high volume products, we prefer to use stamping process with stamping machines. This will highly increase the capacity and efficiency of the production. The quality consistency can also be better quaranteed. However, this process need investment of hard tools for the first production and there is lead time for the hard tools too.
Nickel plating is commonly used to protection the surface of the copper bars. A high protection powder coating is also implemented partially. The coating is highly insulating which will protect the operators during assembly.
The busbars are normally customized according to the actual application environment. Just send us the drawings and requirement, we will choose the right process and produce the completed parts for you. Of course, we can alse help to design for you if needed.
